Shipping and Return
Where do you ship to? All orders are shipped with no indication of the contents of the package. We ship only to European Union countries (excluding: Finland, Poland, Canary Islands) and also to UK and Switzerland.
Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped from Poland.
What shipping methods do you use? We use Regular Priority Post and UPS courier service. You will receive confirmation of shipment thereof and you also will be able to track its status through eMonitoring and systems of certain foreign operators.
What kind of payments do you accept? We accept cryptocurrency payments: BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT(ERC20) and Paypal payments. If your card is declined, please email us, and we will send you a PayPal payment request.
What if my shipment doesn’t clear customs? This happens very rarely, but if your shipment is seized you’ll be able to choose between a full refund or a free reshipment.
When will my order be shipped? Ordered are shipped on Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Any orders that are received before 11 AM (UTC +1) will go out the same day.
Tracking All orders are shipped tracked. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order has been shipped out of our warehouse.
Will I be Charged Customs or Duties? Packages sent internationally may be subject to additional fees or taxes depending on the location (orders from outside EU). Check with local authorities to determine what fees may be assessed and how much you can expect to pay in customs.
How long will it take to get my package? Usually delivery takes 9-14 days (with local post) and 5-6 days with UPS. After Brexit we send orders to UK only with local post shipping service. Delivery may take 14-21 days (UK). Order is considered lost after 30 days. After this period of time customer can request a refund or reshipment. We will appreciate your patience since packages are sometimes stucked in transit.
Do you ship on the weekends? We DO NOT ship on weekends. Orders purchased after 11AM UTC+01:00 TIME on Friday will be shipped on the following non-holiday business day.
Return. Our policy is to give you a 100% satisfaction. You can return all products within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked. You are eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs. To request a refund, or if you have a problem with your order, please contact us first, and then send your order back. Unfortunately if you fail to collect package from post office (eg. because of incorrect address): order is NOT eligible for reshipment / refund.
